Sub Accounts fully featured OR upgradable to Master Accounts
Either allow Sub Accounts (via it's Master Account) to connect to Facebook, use real names, use profile picture, send name requests, use the share button, Twitch stream, etc., OR allow Sub Accounts to be upgraded to Master Accounts.

This needs to be sorted as a top priority.
I created my Sub Account in 2006, before there where any restrictions other than no wallet. It was not clear in 2006 how to manage multiple PSN accounts or how game sharing worked so I made a master and subsequent accounts under that as Sub Accounts. I am now 43 and have a PSN level of 18.
The first signs of a problem only occurred in around 2009/10 when Sony introduced Facebook that was blocked on Sub Accounts. Now in 2014, the whole PS4 is based around the Share functionality and this whole aspect is effectively blocked on Sub Accounts, even those who are over 18 years of age.
Sony's response of 'create a new Master Account' is not good enough. I have 7+ years of purchases and free PS+ games on my Sub Account, including Vita games and cross buy titles and PS+ fully paid with this account until 2016. Sony wants me to effectively purchase all these titles again and throw away 3 years of Plus that I have paid in advance.
We need to be able to make Sub Accounts master accounts as a priority. MS allows this for Child accounts and so should Sony. It is baffling and beyond belief that Sony has had 7 years to sort this out and they still haven't.

Sub accounts MUST be upgradeable to master accounts. I'm 20 years old - and the amount of features behind a wall are ridiculous. This was a stupid policy to begin with, and it's a stupid policy now. Get rid of it.

I thought that they would sort out this problem on PS4 since it was an issue on PS3 and I am disappointed that they have not. Specially now that they will now allow you to use the share button.

Stuck with a sub account that I created back in the beginning of the PS3 days due to only being able to create one master account. Now I can't stream, upload screenshots or videos, connect to facebook, let other users see my real name/info, add funds to my account, or redeem codes.
This is silly, i'm 25 years old.

Yes, please! I'm an adult stuck with a sub accounts, please let us make our sub accounts into Master Accounts!
