Gaikai is not ideal since you would have to stream from the internet, it would be slow in most countries and you would have to repurchase the content.

And there are no legal issues :)

@Ono it's not impossible. That's what emulation mean. Running software designed for a hardware and make it work in another.
Normally would be ppc -> x86, in this case would be cell -> x86.
