  2. Prevent Burn In

    I want the Playstation 4 to get dim when being idle for more than 5 minutes to prevent screen burn in. It should have been a feature before it came out. Other than that it is an awesome machine!

  3. Official Playstation Wireless Headset (and Pulse) Support

    We were told the Sony Wireless Headset was going to work, it does not even thou some people were using it during gamescom. Please add this asap.

    Hard to play at night with low volume.

    This is a very basic support for gamers, should have been ready from launch.

  4. Share to YouTube

    YouTube seems the obvious choice for sharing video, partly because almost every forum or social site supports (sometimes automatically) YouTube video embedding.

    Not many sites support FB videos, but probably more importantly, there are a lot of people who dislike facebook.

    So my request is, can we have YouTube sharing soon please?

  5. Huge List of ideas that should be impremented

    youtube uploads
    -youtube app
    -mp3 support
    -dnla support
    -cd support
    -custom backgrounds
    -3d blu ray support
    -external harddrive support
    -folders to put ps4 games in on the XMB (and star games that you want on the main menu)
    -apple and other headsets to work as chat devices
    -hdcp removed ASAP so we can use capture cards
    -the ability to take screen shots and videos off our ps4s
    -PS1/PS2 hardware emulation (should be easy since PS4 is made on PC architecture and how many PS1/PS2 emulators do you see for the PC?)
    -File formats such as jpg, mp4, png, wmv supported…

  6. Option to Save Videos and Screenshots to hardrive

    I'm not interested in sending my videos to facebook or to twitch. I want them on the hardrive then removable so I can edit them on my computer.

  7. PS1/PS2 Emullator

    Here's the thing, given the hardware that's available, and the number of emulators seen on PC, this should be very simple. PS3 emulation is harder because of the cell, but PS1 and PS2 should be easy.

  9. Downloadable media content Music and video for example

    Not everyone have fast Internet, not all the time.
    Here in the UK streaming videos is laggy not a pleasure and even if it's Works then the rest of the house suffers. No having this makes our ps4 half way always online. And sometimes forexample after a move you have mobil net only wich can be used to download data in the morning. But restricted in the evening.
    With slow net if someone is on Skype there's no streaming for the others.

  10. PS3 emulator for PS4

    I don't think it's impossible to do it, and you can sell it on the store.

    I am willing to pay up to $100 for it.

  13. IOS Notification Center Intigration.

    Apple ios notification center Intigration is totally user optional but when enabled it can notify the user of different actions happening within the app enabled to use it. For example when enabled the playstation app can send an alert even if your phone is locked to notify you if a friend has gone online or sent you a message or invite. It could also tell you if you have a download available or when your download is complete.

  14. Able to read my flash drive when I plug the thing in so I can watch movies and listen to music.

    Remember how simple it was on the PS3 to just stick a flash drive in the USB port and you were able to watch movies, listen to music, transfer photos and practically anything else you had on the thing? Why was such a simple feature, and one I use almost as much as gaming, removed from the PS4?

    Now that I mentioned music, I also downloaded the killzone soundtrack I got along with my preorder. Although I can't even find it on the system. Again, no music options or video options other than Sonys Unlimited services kind of stinks. I…

  15. Add Firefox as an option to set it to be the default browser!

    It would eliminate anything future releated with the browser since Mozilla will work on it for free!

  16. Change social account settings - Facebook story sharing

    After signing in to PSN and setting up the PS4 for the first time, I can't change my settings for posting to Facebook. I had to delete my account and sign in again.

    You should be able to change what's posted from the system's settings.

  17. Confirm/Cancel button remap

    Instead of X as confirm, the option to remap this button to O, just like how it is on Japanese systems.

  18. ps4 microphone support

    The playstation 3 had an amazing system for connecting your microphone... It also allowed you to choose an input volume for your microphone. At the current status my microphone is very loud. I'm hoping sony is able to add this menu back this feature would allow you to choose how you want your audio of chat to come etc

  19. Save / Edit / Post gameplay recording

    Saving gameplay recording.as follows:

    Save gameplay to PS4 HDD or external devices HDD/USB and make it accessible via network / ftp or file transfer.
    Save gameplay to external devices such as network map shares

    Edit gameplay:
    Well sort of like the XBone (sorry guys bit it looks cool)
    Include PSCamera / audio recording (ingame or afterwards)
    Trim / speed (slow fast) rewind fast forward zoom and other effects adding text or highlights etc etc

    Posting on:
    Youtube
    Dropbox
    PS4 internal HDD
    PS4 external HDD / USB etc
    Networkshare FTP etc
