What do you want to see on PS4?

Feature Requests

There are two ways to get more votes:

  1. Messages should display partial text instead of just saying New Message

    Currently if you receive a message it just says New Message. I would like to see what part of the message says so I don't have to leave my game just to read it.

  4. Update Browser - Can't save a Pic/Video

    If you wanted to save a Pic or video on PS3 it was just a couple buttons. It looks as if you can't do either on PS4. Please bring back all the old PS3 Browser goodies, better zoom, save pic or video to hard disk. You could also add save to external device as well.

  5. Video chat app for camera

    Ability to video chat with a party like Google hangouts does & have it overlay a small p-i-p box while playing a game. Even if players are playing different games.

  6. More media apps, specifically HBOGO

    Netflix and Amazon are great, but let's get some serious media capabilities with our "living room" console. HBOGO, ShowtimeAnytime, UFC etc.

  11. Playstation equivalent of gamerscore

    Give each level of trophies a certain numerical value that adds to a user's total score just like gamerscore does with achievements on Xbox consoles.

  12. Twitch viewing App

    The Live from PlayStation section is nice but it would be great if we had an official Twitch viewing app. Watch any type of game (not just PS4) and have a way to search for certain games or channels to add variety.

  13. PS1 emulator with Share/streaming features.

    I would like to move my PS1 games from PS3 to PS4 to use new features like Share/screenshots/streaming and hopefully button mapping select so it won't clash with Sharing options or add double tap or something. And make sure to have option to take screens/vids on their native res.

    Also, I hope that i will be able to play my classic from games JP store like I do with my PS3.

  18. Stereoscopic 3d support for bluray and games

    Lots of people like this feature, specially for bluray movies. I even got a Sony 3D LED tv for my PS3. I find it strange that PS4 can't do it. It should be added on a firmware update ASAP.
