Feature Requests

  1. Controller-based user login and security

    If I turn on my ps4, depending on which account the ps4 logs into...we can add security features as well...

  2. Pandora Music Streaming

    While Music Unlimited is nice, it doesn't have many options, or selection. I think Pandora should be added to the PS4 for download, or at least included with music unlimited

  3. Thumb stick sensitivity including dead spot.

    This would improve driving games no-end. The dead spot in NFS Rivals is too large. The inclusion of a system that simulates the mouse acceleration found on mouse and keyboard games would be good for FPS games as well.

  5. The ability to share links, pictures, video on the friend feed

    The what's new section should allow, like all modern social networks, to share links(from browser), pictures, and video. Would make going into PS4 a more connected experience

  8. Twitch viewing App

    The Live from PlayStation section is nice but it would be great if we had an official Twitch viewing app. Watch any type of game (not just PS4) and have a way to search for certain games or channels to add variety.

    A tab that drops down like the "What's New" tab that organizes the dynamic menu by putting all installed games into the tab instead of having every installed game across the menu bar.

  11. Background music playback

    Choose your own set of songs by playlist or artists and let the music be played in the background while you play or chatting worh friends. Accomplished by a simple control center to lower/upper the volume (or even mix game and party sound with music). Because everyone loves music :)

  12. ps4 microphone support

    The playstation 3 had an amazing system for connecting your microphone... It also allowed you to choose an input volume for your microphone. At the current status my microphone is very loud. I'm hoping sony is able to add this menu back this feature would allow you to choose how you want your audio of chat to come etc

    Blackberry 10 port of the Playstation App. Native would be nice, but I would settle for a port of the Android one!

  16. The Last Guardian

    Not a feature, but seriously Sony... My nephew was born in the year you first announced it and now he plays games with me and has his own Vita.
    Wake up and finish the damn game! Stop wasting time making mediocre "Knack"s.
    Puppeteer team is now free, Knack team is now free, how much longer until this game is out????

  17. chat volume

    The chat volume is to low,to hear someone i have to mute the tv.
    Even with my turtlebeach the chat is so low,but same headset on pc is super loud.
    Please make it more loud...

  18. Add Touchpad and Options menu to Custom button assignments

    Because some games (e.g Red Dead Redemption 2) have no clue of good UX.

  19. Dynamic backgrounds to be brought back

    dynamic themes to be brought back for the ps4 but with additional features and more detailed theme loops, more options for system fonts and different system background music for each theme.
